Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are committed to fair trading practices.
1. Newly registered domains can only be cancelled if any the following conditions apply:- Where we have made an error in the registration name.
- Where we have made an error in the domain type.
- Where we agree to cancel.
2. Once a domain is registered, unless one of the conditons in 1 above applies, then you will not be able to cancel and payment is due.
3. In situations where a cancellation has been agreed the a refund will be made within two working days of you
being notified of the cancellation. We will offer you a choice of bank transfer, cheque or credit note.
4. Where a refund has been given the title and ownership to the registered domain/s will revert to us.
